Tonala Nodder Turtle Mexican Folk Art Stoneware Pottery 1970’s Vintage# 493 This cute little turtle is a lovely peach color with light shades of tan and gray accents. Designs are lovely broad leaves. None of these turtles are the same. The head hangs on a hook to allow the head to nod or bobble. The turtle has a mischievous grin. There is a small dent or crack, hard to tell, in the back. Nothing major, the turtle has a few age blemishes and use signs. The bottom shoes scuff marks from wherever it was sitting. Could use a good cleaning.
